If you're in the Gold or Platinum tiers, a few things:
1) I'm pretty backed up on commissions so it might take a few weeks or even a month to get to new members in that tier.
2) Message me! Preferably on Discord. I have a Patreon discord server, please connect to it and talk to me directly there! I'm usually online posting WIPs, let's talk about your reward in my DMs there.
