yep, both puar (the cat) as well as oolong (the pig) can transform, though in their case it's purely cosmetic and doesn't change their strength. though to be fair, neither really did use that skill much since the og dragon ball. btw bulma and goku first met oolong, when he used to extort a village they passed by transforming into huhge terrifying beings and threating the villagers into giving him offerings. oolong was never really all that good of a person to be honest.
