So far, this is shaping up to be an update to integrate a few things that have been on my todo list for a long time. The big ticket item here was the regeneration of LOD with the FOLIP update.

For testing, the main thing I'm looking for feedback on is that the LOD isn't screwed up anywhere.

Radfall users can use this with the 7.0.2 radfall.
