2021-07-13 16:00:54 +0000 UTCIt's so normative there isn't a term. There's a word for this and it's driving me nuts not being able to recall it. It essentially means that a concept has been effectively suppressed, and I'm nearly sure it starts with H. It has a tricky rhythm to it when you pronounce it, too. I'm always thinking "hyperbole" and 'homogenize" when I try to call it to mind.
