You can use terms like BOAT and GOAT for other players, but Rocha has defined himself as the Most Important Player of all Time, and to me, that's impressive.
2020-02-13 08:59:28 +0000 UTCGreat doc. Reaffirmed why the Outlaw is one of the greatest of all time!

2020-02-08 18:53:21 +0000 UTCGreat video.
2020-02-06 13:46:16 +0000 UTCWhat day is it available for all patrons?
2020-02-05 03:19:50 +0000 UTCRocha's passion and intensity have been on display since he showed up in the Afterbuzz studios for me. His relentless attitude, both at the table and on the mic, helped convert me from someone more interested in the trivia competition to someone who actually pays attention to the whole show; and from someone who joined the patreon at a low tier when it launched to someone who rearranged his budget to settle at the $10 tier so I'd never miss a match. And the documentary captured all that, but it was also illuminating to hear how his presence has had as much an effect behind the scenes as it has for the fans. Well done.

2020-02-04 17:01:52 +0000 UTCAs a newer follower, this documentary really puts it all into perspective about who John Rocha is, what he means to the game, and what this game is all about. He has defined The Schmoedown as we know it.

2020-02-03 16:51:30 +0000 UTCIt was a great story and it does a great job of showing the emotional connection competitors have to the game. Surprisingly it wasn't just all about Rocha, it's about the Schmoedown.
2020-02-03 16:09:57 +0000 UTCWas very entertaining. Felt a bit repetitive. Like some of the people getting interviewed just saying similar stuff. Would love to have seen some more behind the scenes stuff with Rocha.
2020-02-03 15:09:40 +0000 UTCThe doc was amazing. Its infornitive and inspiring. It almost perfectly encapsulates the spirit of competition in the schemoedown. In a way that shows its more than just a nerdy little trivia competition. I feel like I could show it to people and they might just understand what I've loved about this thing since 2014.
2020-02-03 13:33:00 +0000 UTCthe doc was very good
2020-02-03 10:49:02 +0000 UTCI loved it. Great documentary

2020-02-02 20:29:45 +0000 UTCReally enjoyed it. -liked the interviews, great use of all the available match footage. -great use of music as well -bit of a mistake not having Knost involved -would've liked to see more behind the scenes footage, particularly of Rocha getting heated
2020-02-02 17:10:46 +0000 UTCThis documentary is next level. The love and admiration shown by everyone is truly heartfelt and it shows very well. So happy they made this!!
2020-02-02 01:32:40 +0000 UTCGreat documentary. Having the other competitors also share their journeys while also acknowledging that Rocha was pivotal to their careers and characters was amazing.
2020-02-02 00:40:55 +0000 UTCJohn Rocha has been my favorite player from the very beginning. This documentary really highlights the kind of competitor and person he is. Some of his matches have gotten me through some hard times and I am very thankful for it. It has been a joy to watch the journey he has gone through and it leaves me excited for the next phase. Thank you to the Outlaw.

2020-02-02 00:37:14 +0000 UTCAwesome. Fantastic. Emotional. Heartfelt & more. The Doc. not only chronicles how 1 person, FUNDAMENTALLY CHANGED the game, the sport & the future of the Schmoedown, but it's also best "promo" for, What is the Schmoedown? Why it's great, & why we LOVE IT! When one's peer's recognizes their hard work, dedication & their passion they have for something, and that then inspires & changes those around him to do the same, you know you have something special! And that's John Rocha and The Schmoedown! (See my other post under the Doc. itself)

2020-02-02 00:30:39 +0000 UTCFor all the time we have been waiting and clamoring for a doc on Rocha’s Schmoedown journey, the payoff was well worth the wait. The Schmoedown Patreon continues to pay dividends to those of us that are part of it. Today I set my laptop up and watched the documentary in tandem with Rocha’s reaction. I laughed, I feared up, so many great memories and it really puts Rocha in context for all his contributions to the league. It also cements his legacy and influence on newer competitors.

2020-02-02 00:15:29 +0000 UTCAwesome documentary. It was great seeing how everyone really respects him and gives him the recognition he deserves for putting in all of his hard work. Rocha forever!
2020-02-01 23:11:46 +0000 UTCHmmm I'm a $10 partron but I see no link on my feed.
2020-02-01 23:06:33 +0000 UTCI really loved watching it. It wasnt too long and was interesting to hear everyone. Especially Bibs part was really nice to watch. Only thing I wanted was something from Ellis or Knost.
2020-02-01 19:53:49 +0000 UTCThis documentary was great! Rocha is definitely the heart and soul of the Movie Trivia Schmoedown and I don't think it would be what it is today without Rocha leading the way from the beginning. He established a consistent strong character first and embraced the WWE + Trivia formula. He was the first to embrace the idea of a faction and look where factions are now. You could argue he was the first manager for his faction or at the very least The Patriots/Lions Den took up the manager model in opposition to what Rocha was bringing to the game. I have always rooted for Rocha as a competitor and hope there's many more. Dan may have a better resume and have more natural knowledge and talent for the game but I think Rocha's resume and impact on the Schmoedown puts him right in the GOAT discussion.

2020-02-01 18:35:24 +0000 UTCAs a fan of the Schmoedown since the very beginning it has been an incredible journey to watch the evolution of the league and the Outlaw ,from Top 10 to Horsemen,Bespin to Bronchiectasis,Rocha's passion for the game is undeniable.I LOVED this documentary!! It was a chance to just sit back for 52 minutes and relive the moments that made John "The Outlaw "Rocha my favorite competitor in the Schmoedown ,but also see the league itself turn into this juggernaut of entertainment.....In my opinion this documentary deserves All the belts and All the records just like The Outlaw....Thank you and great job to all who made it I look forward to see what's next.

2020-02-01 18:27:22 +0000 UTCThis was simply amazing. Truly shows Johns dedication and passion for the game. This is a great video to show people who are new to the Schmoedown. Also gives a good history of the league so far as well, Great way to catch up
2020-02-01 16:04:55 +0000 UTCAs someone new to watching the Schmoedown this was a great look back not only of Rocha, but the league as well and how he influenced it. Fantastic.

2020-02-01 13:13:47 +0000 UTCA great documentary, really showing the evolution of both Rocha and the league itself. After watching it you really can't point to any other competitor who has gone trough such a journey as what the Outlaw has. Amazing to watch, and it really adds another level of respect for The Outlaw for me.

2020-02-01 11:53:01 +0000 UTCA fantastic look at the man who gave so much to the Schmoedown and as a result shaped the league as a concept and its competitors as people.

2020-02-01 07:12:37 +0000 UTCWhat a trip down memory lane, seeing the highs and lows of John's career and his journey to where he is today reminds me why I fell in love with this sport. Such a great video looking forward to more like this.

2020-02-01 06:40:31 +0000 UTCThe single greatest ad for the Schmoedown. Do you have a friend/family member you want to get into the show? Show them this. It’s the history of the Schmoedown as shown through Rocha’s journey. It shows you why we care, why we’re invested, and why the Schmoedown is important. Why Rocha is important. And if you’re already a fan? Prepare for the ride of your life, man. There would be no Schmoedown without John Rocha. And there would be no Rocha without the Schmoedown. “John Rocha is the Schmoedown” And please, for the love of all the gods, clip out Rocha’s punching his fists together while holding back tears from the watch along. Fire.
