As a woman who has had violence used against me by a man, thank you for this one, Tom. Especially for this one. Girls are taught and told and lectured to constantly about what we should do to keep ourselves safe, to stay out of trouble. I've often wondered what are boys taught and told and lectured about? I certainly didn't expect my husband of six years to become suddenly violent, but it happened. That wasn't the last time. It never is, until (head or feet first) you leave. Thank you for talking to your boys about violence.
