Jorcy Gag Order - One of the Gang
Jorcy (and her friends) find out that just because a place is beautiful, doesn't mean it's not absolutely rotten to the core.
In the kingdom of Guerice they do a job for a fancy-looking quest giver, and for once everything goes right. But they still get stiffed on the payment! It's not something Jorcy takes lying down, so she tells it like it is to anyone who will listen in the dockside taverna. And then the guards show up...
Turns out talking about highborns being dishonorable is a bad idea.
In the kingdom of Guerice, the punishment fits the crime - and so from now on until who-knows-when, Jorcy will have to do her best at doing adventuring in silence... And choking on a plug halfway down her throat.
Her friends Tia and Amy are horrified at this mistreatment, but do their best to help her.
No one comments on the fact that their budget for rations and beer suddenly drops considerably...

Obviously this is inspired by the gag process thingies of Jam-Orbital, but also by people in the Discord proposing the ideas of a sequence with someone getting a pump gag more and more inflated, and separately the idea of someone forced to wear a "permantent" gag while living her life.
I like doing a gag sequence that tells a story as it goes.
