Strange Bedfellows Chapters 1-5 (complete)

Here it is: my first finished story that's set in the Ten Kingdoms! ^_^ As previously mentioned, this story is about how Lord Kalus, Shara, and Lyra came together and got their happy ending. It's about 104k words altogether and the short description is: "A noble knight and virgin princess forced together by a tyrant."
I won't delay any longer except to say this: I know that some of you might not like the reluctance aspect that's present in two scenes (plus a dream) in the first ~1.5 chapters. However, those scenes are clearly demarcated with an obvious lead-in, so you can skip/skim them if they bother you. (BTW, this definitely isn't a "rape story" or anything like that; it's a true wartime romance.). I recommend you read it since some parts of ADT chapter 49 will be so much richer if you've read this story, and again you can skip/skim those scenes if they bother you. Obviously it's up to you though. (And remember they have a happy ending.)

I'm glad you liked it. :) I did consider charging for this one, but I didn't want to because it contains some reluctance elements and I know a large portion of my readership is turned off by that. Further, there's a logistical problem with patreon having no real way to do that.

There are an unusual number of characters in your story where you can tell there is a back story worth telling but there wouldn’t be time for it in the main story. Don’t give them a way for free though - this is all part of the ADT world so you are entitled to charge from my perspective.

Showers and bathtubs, toilets and sinks, there's money in these concepts, ... and competent parts suppliers, as well as a bunch of Mario and Luigi's are needed, ... ;-) ttfn
