ADT Chapter 44

First chapter of the year! ^_^
So, it's almost 25k words. I just want to reiterate that 20k is a much more "normal" chapter length... despite the fact that they've been creeping longer lately. So don't necessarily expect 25k chapters every month. I still aim for 20k, but sometimes the chapter needs to hit a certain point before it ends, and occasionally I misjudge those points. When that happens, you get extra long chapters. :)
As always, I'd love to hear your thoughts, comment, speculations, etc., either here on Patreon or especially on Discord.

(and that's the last time Alana leaves her bow behind), ... the gang then meet a 'nice' and 'fair' Reeve (taxman), ... then Ethan and Selene get schooled in morality, before they then get an education on the workings of the 10 kingdom's version of slavery, (so they learned a lot today), .... and by the chapters end there are two fully loaded airships (Marines, with dead or alive orders) closing on them, and the Thor kitten had a nice nap, or two, ... a lot of 'thens' because it was a long-ass day, ... and might the Thor kitten hiss and spit at those troublesome Marines in the next chapter? ,,, That'll teach 'em, ... ;-) TTFN
