Wow that's really cool that it was originally intended to be something totally different. Idk what the result of their original plan would have looked like of course but I'm quite pleased with what they finally landed on!

2025-11-13 00:12:05 +0000 UTC🤓 Fun fact: this started as a more traditional epic grand Disney musical with songs written by Sting but they had so many problems getting it to work that they cut their losses, brought in a new director and said: "Have at it!" They just had to make something. And the result really stands out from all the other Disney films.
