I wish we could get DVDs or Blu-rays of this. I know it sounds ridiculous, but I just wanna keep a record of it to show everybody.

It’s nice to see some of our favorite female engines working together :)

Rest in peace, Reginald. This has been a sweet episode. It’s nice to see the aftermath of Reginald’s sudden death and how Sam has been grieving through it. In the preview, I originally thought she was imagining him as a way of coping but after going through the episode, that doesn’t seem to be the case. I was taken back by the twist. Like I said in the preview, I like that Samantha is not blaming Patrick for what happened with Reginald and helping him with his survivor’s guilt. I think that was a nice touch. I also enjoy the scene of her speaking to Derek about her ‘hallucination’ and Derek coming up with the idea for her to cover Sheffield’s work on The Little Western. For a small supporting role, Derek played such a big part in this episode. He’s great here. Also great is Kate, I enjoyed her role with helping Sam as well. I love the callback to Prototypes where Kate and Sam had that fight about Thomas and it’s nice that Kate apologized for that, even if Sam forgot about that altercation. The fresh start really helped with their blossomed friendship. The montage scene of the two double heading the train was filmed wonderfully. William was also a nice addition to this episode. I liked him, including Sam mentioning that Will’s face is very similar to Reginald and Will and Reggie not seeing the resemblance. That’s rather funny, more funny that Adam also has a similar face to Reginald and no one said anything then. Not much else to say other than it’s nice to see William more. The more we get to see the mysterious banker appear, the more I get interested about who and what it is. I was surprised that it appeared and helped out but what was more surprising is that Duck, his crew and the people on the platform saw the banker passing by, yet… they couldn’t remember a thing about what it looked like either. Hearing that the mysterious banker won’t even let them remember it sounds incredibly sad and I feel sorry for it. However what’s interesting is that Reginald quotes “Not all ghosts are all created equal, like the Banker.” and not even he could see who or what it is. That’s very interesting, it adds more to the mystery about this mysterious banker. Hmm, maybe because not all ghosts are created equal, the Banker actually looks like a different engine from one person to another and that’s why no one can explain who or what the banker is at all. Just a theory. Nonetheless, I love we get to know even more about it and makes me excited for the Banker episode. Reginald in this episode was also very interesting. Coming back to the twist, I was shocked when he mentioned that he knows that he is not real. That was a big surprise, more surprised that not even knowing the closure of the incident didn’t cause Reginald to leave and that all this time in this episode, he only appeared to Sam because it’s his ghost and he was trying to say goodbye to his wife. That made me tear. That whole scene of just them two was really sad but it’s nice to see that they both had their closures and got to say goodbye to one another. That scene was just very sweet. And that’s how I can describe this whole episode. It’s very sweet. Awesome work, Victor!

Another Episode with a character, seeing hallucinations of of the recently deceased, but I’m also glad to see Kate and Samantha were able to make amends after Prototypes

Mario sonic 64

I was thinking the same thing, at least Samantha had it easier moving on from there than Matthew.

Sean Steere

Jesus you opened with showing his damm corpse….

Luke Gauci

Sounds like the scp foundation got another

Evan

That was surprisingly wholesome. Still, I'm kinda expecting a Sodor Short of Sam chasing you around Sodor with a rolling pin.

Thomas Degroot

That wouldn’t explain how they cant remember

Reginald vs Dominic showdown in the afterlife

What if the banker is Thomas's ghost?

Rest in Peace, Reginald.

This will handle really well. I really liked it. Goodbye, Reggie you had a good life.

I think that was handled well. Nice to see Samantha get a leading role. I can't help but feel she and Peckett could use some development, and now we have some. (Peckett's will come near the end of the season) No Percy or James sharing their views, but it was nice to see the Waterton crew again (sans Sheffield). I think I liked Kate and William's scenes the best for the Western Crew. Kate, because it was nice to see her make up with Sam and share how she was affected by Thomas' death, and William, for the light humor. So the Banker's a ghost? I thought it was an SCP or shapeshifter, guess that explains how it was able to travel the branches despite being called big back in the premiere. Derek did his job well. Not much else to say there. Harris said in the preview's comments that The Daily Mail's blaming of Regi was accurate, but what about the heel turn? I'm happy Reginald can rest in peace now. He will be missed. I think this followed up well.

W Episode Victor as always Reginald was one of the best characters that you’ve introduced since season one.

Ezaq

Great story Victor. I feel like that was a great way to end Reginald’s story and Kate and Samantha talk was great.

Fortnite TacoTrooper

Sam's hallucination of Reginald reminds me of the episode in Season 5 about Smokebox Syndrome
