Wasn't it supposed to be 8.0? Is it just a fix?
I'll explain: The first number increases when a new story/character is introduced. What comes after the dot is usually an update to fix bugs, but also, as is the case here, the introduction of a new feature or scene in the game that isn't necessarily a new story.
In this next release I'm going to start introducing a new feature that has been talked about for a while: Money!
Or rather, ways to earn it
The first module of this new feature will be the creation of a website to display your "achievements" and, of course, profit from them.
The player will be able to create a website and then call the studs that are in his trophy gallery (either as a slave or as a lover) to come to your photo studio and convince them, or simply order, them to pose as models for this website.
Of course, it won't just be a modeling site... you'll want to show the world how hot, muscular and well-endowed these studs are. 😎
And of course... the more models on the site... the greater the profits from subscribers

I didn't quite understand your question... but if I did, to go back to some scenes you've just seen on your computer, you just have to use the scroll button on your mouse... you can go back and forth to the last scenes. But there is one detail. It only works up to a certain point. There are some key points in the game that won't let you go back further than that. The only way to see scenes before those points is to reload a saved game.
