This one has always adored her grandson, but must admit that she always dreamed to have a granddaughter with whom to share again (after her grown-up daughter) the pleasures of femininity. Not his business acumen, although that helps. Nor having a very special 'Auntie' like Anwen who'd taken him to London and awakened his inner sissy. Not just awakened but aroused it intensely. That visit and that first night with Anwen had sent him down a path from which he could never return and never wanted to. Anwen was his first although not his last, but he would never forget her tender loving ministrations. He would always be grateful for Anwen. If B&K made him beautiful, it was Anwen who'd made truly made him a girl that night in the Premier Inn. But no, not even Anwen. His very best gift is having an understanding mother and a sympathetic Gran. Obviously they'd provided the genes, but it was their support that had mattered. It was his mother, Rhosalyn who'd entered him into B&K's Boys Will be Girls Competition without his knowledge. It was his gran, Rheannon who'd provided an understanding ear and her support when was going through all his teenage anxieties and angst that he wasn't like other boys. Other boys played rugby in Solva; he went down on his knees behind the rugby changing rooms for any team members who were that way inclined. Most were. They knew that even if their girlfriends wouldn't, Rhys would. And he was a lot better at it than they were: practice had undoubtedly made perfect. Gran knew what he was and never criticised, although she did give him his first pack of condoms to make sure he didn't catch anything even orally. Fortunately it was only his mouth that needed protection until Anwen opened up new horizons that night in London. It's why Rhys knows what grandmothers appreciate. Grandmothers like memories. Grandmothers like photographs. He knows Rheannon keeps an album of all his photoshoots and a scrapbook with all his newspaper and magazine articles. It's why Rhys made the Fem-Factory Gallery an important part of the Fem-Factory offering. Many boys only want an afternoon, a day, or a weekend of transformation.
