Hohenheim's Dream for a Requiem Chapter 1 (Final)

I've changed up the story a little, with a few survivors that hadn't been in the first version of the chapter mostly because of the direction I'll be going with the Story.
It will be a full crossover now with Stargate and I think you guys might well like the direction it is going.
Took your advice with regards to the flashbacks and will weave them into the story more gradually (In the old version you guys already know much of Hohenheim's backstory so it won't come as a surprise) rather than the crisscrossing way it had been previously
I'll be posting it on FF as well tonight as well though the next chapters will be posted here on the same pattern as Odyssey.
Summary: A man who dreams of a past life not lived, who runs from conflict and war, is thrust into one unwillingly all the same with nowhere else to turn to as he uncovers hidden history and lost secrets, all while taking a rather brash youngster along with the journey. A Harry Potter Mentor fic.

Knowing this let me say your work is tied with my #1 author. It is simply amazing the quality of work you're putting out. I thought there was no way this story could compete with Odyssey and was disappointed with the idea that it would take away time from your work on it. I was wrong, absolutely and unequivocally wrong. Now I can't wait for both to come out. I only have two requests. 1. Never stop writing your work simply makes my world a brighter place (or at least write as much as you can for as long as you can but only if you enjoy doing so). 2. While reading other Stargate fanfictions I always get lost googling terms and people. The authors always seem to think every reader has the whole SG wiki memorized and it makes for a tedious read. I just hope you keep this in mind while writing. That said the way you handled the Halo aspects in Odyssey leads me to believe this will be a non-issue for you. Keep up the amazing work and thank you!
