UAP Personnel: Tactical Officer Pavel

On a wholly unrelated note that I wish I'd expressed a lot sooner: Black Lives Matter.

Anyway.
Some art of a recent online TTRPG* character I've been playing (has not actually been nude for any reason in the game but I'm me and so indulged myself).

It's a Home-Brewed game, heavily Star Trek inspired but as you might be able to tell I didn't just go "Swole Caitian", instead I looked at another series and yoinked THEIR cat-like alien idea instead, tweaked it slightly and so we have here is Pavel, an Aldevarii from the planet Aldevaran, which hasn't had a cis-male born in over a thousand generations but thankfully technology has allowed the species to continue. There are also trans men and plenty of Aldevarii who identify as Non Binary. And yes, they're all secretly Psionic (other psionic species exist int he universe but most don't have the diversity of ability the Aldevarii possess). No surprise I'd make a character from a heavily sapphic society (but as with most of my characters she is of course pansexual).

I'm probably going to redesign her uniform at some point (it was completed before I knew what the general aesthetic was). But I'm keeping the high-waisted pants because I'm happy with how they came out. 

She's pretty chunky/muscular for her species - she's worked hard to get to slightly above average human strength. She's also above average height, so back home, she's definitely approaching Amazonian levels of aesthetic. She is unfortunately susceptible to alien viruses, bacteria, poisons, etc so she has to be careful what she comes in contact with.

But alas, as with most sci-fi the average height seems to be about human so she's considered short in most other parts of the galaxy.

Of course, she is Not A Cat, and while she has met a few, she is slightly weirded out by them.

She's been with the crew just over a month at this point and while she likes them well enough, is sure they're becoming friends, she's getting a bit antsy as she hasn't met any smoochable ladies yet. There's only so much you can do with a simulation in the Holo-Room. (Up to this point she usually served on larger ships with a larger crew with less risk of someone she likes, or she herself, being the Captain at any given week. Captain/Crew fraternizing is very much frowned upon).

*The game is called "Hi, Shy Guy!" and is about the plucky three-member crew of the Kahiina (formally the Captain-Picks-the-Name) as they traverse the known and unknown galaxy seeking out new life and civilizations to 'Say hi." and also, let them know this nifty thing called a 'Warp Drive' exists (provided those civilizations aren't just discovering diesel and believe the crew's current technology is magic and the crew themselves are some kind of Gods, etc). Otherwise they do whatever the UAP (United Alliance of Planets) Admiral's Board tells them to do, when they're not responding to unusual readings/anomalies or distress beacons and the like.

The role of Captain (usually, that also means GM) is democratically voted at the end of every mission.
