GYROTONIC is a core strength based workout based on the concept of expansion. Expansion is created through articulation of the joints that include rhythmic, ululating, and spiraling continuous movements. GYROTONIC repairs, the body of injuries, creates long, lean muscles, flexibility, improves coordination, and it allows you to be more skilled at any other physical activities that you do. I’ve been doing GYROTONIC since 2000.
