WIP - Composite Poster Map of the Inner Sea

I'm working away at full-speed on the composite map of the Inner Sea. I've been busy redoing all the markers and some of the labels (due to resizing and scaling issues I couldn't use the original labels and markers, so a 1,000+ individual labels and markers had to all be redone from scratch...).

I'm hoping to get the map done by the end of the year and posted as my map for December and am working at full pelt to get it done!

Once that's done I'd like to get a good version done as a poster for myself and to any patrons who are interested, though I've had issues with print quality before (which is partially why I've been working on this at 400 dpi, though the added resolution is making the map take ages to render).

Here's a WIP of the map - the markers are mostly done though labels need a LOT of work. I will not be labelling all markers - just the largest and most important cities and features and anything else that fits on the map. At the scale I'm working in it's physically impossible to label every marker - there's just no room!

You'll notice there's also cartouches and inset text boxes scattered around the map. I'm still not sure about these at the moment. They seem to different tothe rest of the atlas maps, though I can't really think of any other way to add information to the map.

I'll be glad to get feedback on this :)
