EARLY ACCESS: BIFFO & SANJA PLAY TABOO (NES)
Added 2024-02-15 17:29:22 +0000 UTCI guess we're doing Let's Plays now! We're bridging the gap between episodes of Digi Level 2 by looking at some of gaming's weirder history, starting with this pointless exercise.
According to urban legend, Taboo managed to correctly predict the deaths of several players. Can we use it to learn whether World War 3 is imminent? Sanja joins me to find out! Again: the footage in this video is NOT gameplay!!!!! Probably.
We won't be doing a premiere, but this will be going up for everyone on Sunday.

Personally I enjoyed the mix of topics that you covered (politics, etc., and very apt...), and even though the music does seem odd for the "game", it somehow kinda works to my ears at least. But anyway, it was a really funny video as always, and I loved how you "went along with it", Paul, even though the topic of the "product" isn't your sort of thing! Octav1us made a video about Taboo a while back (which is where I first came across it), and included some samples from a speech synthesiser (which at the time, made me wonder if they were actually in the ... er, "game"). Anyhow, your burping reminded me of said samples! There needs to be a new talent show and you need to go on it - "Britains Got Flatulence"! Or maybe that coudl be an idea for Digi? Maybe not. By the way, was this from the bundle of NES games I sent you way back (as well as a link to a Mac NES emulator? :D
