I absolutely loved it, this is the kind of filmmaking with smaller artists that I just love so much. Hate to be lame is supposed to be a flashback, and on Finneasâ verse it goes through her in all the other videos, and Lizzy said it was supposed to be like back before she ever got with the first guy, she saw everything that was going to happen and all the pain and still decided to fall in love anyway. And sheâs said thatâs kind of the overarching meaning of the album and film and the last line in Orange Show Speedway, that love is hard and painful and can âkill you in 5 seconds flatâ but she still chases it and wants it back because itâs beautiful. The cohesiveness and attention to detail is so incredible, so glad you watched this!
