Excited to see you react to this 😁 I'm watching it in my own time too and I'm enjoying it so far 😁 I think what they mean by "white" in the lyric, is that pale skin in some Asian countries is seen as attractive. I know that pale skin is a huge beauty standard in Korea especially. I think it started because it's seen as a sign of wealth, as you don't have to 'go outside and get a tan' by doing hard labour.

2023-12-21 20:06:49 +0000 UTCRead somewhere/a lot of comments with mixed feelings about it; that one of the main characters(forgot his name) was portrait too over the top and cartoonish compared to how he was in Bed Friend, and that turned some people off the series among other things. And it's different to what a lot of people expected. That's part of why I've been hesitating to watch it, but since you've started it, I'll give it a try.

People just want it to be serious and sad all the time. Or just a cut out of the book. Excited to see your reaction
