In fact it's located farther into the north of the big city; deemed to be the poorest region of Gibberish town. That's the region where foreigners usually come to when they manage to move into the biggest city in the world.
Since nobody seems to give a shit about immigrants, so does the mayor and the place lives on ignored by most.
At least their trash is collected... Once a month...
