Added 2023-01-05 02:04:16 +0000 UTCWe printed off a bunch of our Monger collaborator, James Ong’s free designs and I ended up painting them all the other day. I got inspired to create a story around them, and that sort of snowballed into a weird little CRUX zine. It’s short (just a little lore and some NPC stats), and it’s not edited or anything, but backers with access to games ($10+) can get it in the reward folders now. (We’ll edit and re-upload a final version later in the month.)
Also, go download James’ stuff! It’s great. I’m really thankful that I’m in a position where my little company gets to work with some of my favorite artists. I was a miniature collector long before I started designing my own stuff, and coming up with backstory for my models was always a big part of what I did.
