Multiverse Monday #141: New Dominion Officer

I’ve been meaning to design an officer class for the New Dominion, the inter-dimensional police state villains for our multiverse RPG/wargaming setting(s). I didn’t want these dorks to look too Star Wars-ey (but definitely some), so I worked in some bande dessinée inspiration and, gotta say, I’m digging the “evil train conductor” vibes.
Prints support free in FDM, and there's a based version too.
