All that said Bill is spot on, we have well put together cars that drive well and that should be improved in the near term. Fisker should also have a near 9-figure sum on their balance sheet to do the right thing for customers. They’ve also deferred revenue on their books to pay for FOO benefits, so we’ll see again if/how they prioritize taking care of customers as they navigate solvency. I hope you’re doing well Adam. Looking forward to checking in with you on Tuesday.

2024-03-26 02:34:27 +0000 UTCYeah, I got my tags a few weeks ago - part of the way I think it worked for me is I got a loan through a major bank, and managed to convince that bank to pester Fisker until things happened. Fingers crossed that whatever bankruptcy court this goes into figures out all the title and registration issues!
