The best thing you can do is sculpt it directly over the surface you want the scales to be. I would recommend you practice first in a flat surface like i do here and then when you are confident, move into curved surfaces.

2020-10-27 17:00:18 +0000 UTCOk, this is great. Could you now do a video on how you take this and apply it to a miniature. I want my White Scars Successor Chapter to have Scales on them and possibly a captain with a scale cloak....how do I make this happen....without selling my soul to the pantheon.
