[Hereafter] Chapter CCXIX: Unraveling the Spider’s Web
Added 2025-11-15 15:05:07 +0000 UTCThose crash-outs, valid or not?
This chapter title is loaded with meaning. A lot of mysteries are finally getting revealed, and a lot of questions I'm sure you all have been holding onto for months are finally getting answered.
I did worry, of course, about how passive some of the characters might have come across in this chapter, but I did my best to show why things went the way they did. You guys will have to tell me whether it was convincing or not.

...welp. That kinda puts the kibosh on Rama choosing to sign on with Chaldea; even if he intellectually understands that EMIYA had no alternative, he'd probably choose to be un-summoned than voluntarily fight alongside Sita's killer, given his and her's fated (re: cursed) relationship. EDIT: Presuming that Rama even survives the most recent round of Karna vs. Arjuna and/or Riastrad-enhanced Cu Chulainn.

2025-11-16 00:32:53 +0000 UTCMan, she's so deep in denial that she's building pyramids, isn't she? I suppose it's not as bad as if she fully remembered and accepted her past with Taylor and *still* chose to oppose her, but it's still going to royally suck in the aftermath. Still, if she thinks any of their history is going to stop Taylor doing what she thinks is necessary--no matter how much it hurts--then she really doesn't understand who she's dealing with.
