Mobile Companion A5e 0.17, D&D 0.19 and 0.20

I put quite a bit of work into the new Trade App for Mobile Companion. Although, it is not finished yet, I wanted to deliver it anyway, so you can use the base functionality of buying from merchants and taking items from loot chests.
I also added the Trade App to Mobile Companion D&D5e, starting with version 0.20. But this is still a WIP and only available as Snapshot. Nevertheless, version 0.19.7 of Mobile Companion for D&D 5th Edition moved from Early Access to Release, containing the following features:
Improved quickinfo
Actor links (e.g. in the description of a spell) will open as a read-only actor within the app, indicated by a purple header
Adds a dialog to convert currency
Adds better information in spells tab
Spell and item filter
Player can now remove items from their inventory
Spell effects can be applied to the character
