Absolutely. Wanda Vision should be first. Wanda Vision may be confusing at first but you'll understand what's going on as you continue to watch the episodes. Love it! And, before anyone watches Ant Man 3 in theaters they should first watch the series Loki.

I don't know if you have already, but you have to watch WandaVision (Marvel TV show) before you watch Doctor Strange Multiverse of Madness, otherwise it won't make sense. (Similar to having to watch all previous spiderman movies before Spiderman no way home).
