Big Update Incoming

Hey folks, I've been up to a lot so strap yourselves in!

I've been working on one of the most complex puzzles in Zap and Andy yet! For very silly reasons, Zap and Andy need to acquire a parking permit, and have to convince the closest doctor that they need one. And being the dumb himbos they are, it's harder for them than it sounds.

The doctor is also kinda dim though, so like the other puzzles in this game, there's no failure state. 

I've also been spending some time working on the battle engine for the twine game. I am not a huge fan of grinding, and in a game that expects some of its players to be doing so one handed, thats even more of a problem, so, theres no experience points. All upgrades are either found or purchased with money. After battles, you're given the choice between 2-5 wrapped present boxes, each one having randomized contents determined by its paper.

Pink presents can heal you, or have HP restoring items in them.

Green presents are full of money or things worth a lot.

There will be plenty more kinds added later, for things like buffs for the next battle, equipment, and more.

Battles aren't the only way to get money though. A local movie producer, Keith Rage, loves to hear gossip and rumors, and will pay you handsomely for any juicy gossip you find. You can also just find money by exploring.

I'm still trying to find the right balance between text and graphics. As it stands, there's going to be more graphics than Unleash, with the battle scenes adding 50-80 additional sprites.

For the next week im gonna continue coding puzzles and working on the battle engine. I'm also going to be drawing stuff like map graphics and basic placeholder sprites for testing stuff like conversations.

I already have a map base done, in the final version of the game you'll be able to click on locations on the map to pick where you wanna go, something that couldn't be done in previous games.
