2023-07-10 19:41:44 +0000 UTCOh trust me I am fully onboard the JunSeongho ship for sure. The way I lose my shit anytime they interact on screen is, quite frankly, ridiculous, even to myself lol. I'm still meh about Seonwoo. He doesn't really frustrate or anger me. He's not a great person, but I figure he can do this show the way he wants and if he ends up not getting anyone because of the way he strategizes then so be it. Because these are grown men and they aren't stupid. They'll realize. A LOT of communication happens these next couple episodes that will help everyone make further decisions in episode 8, which is why I'm anxiously waiting for that episode. Let's just say Sungho has all the information he needs in order to decide how he would like to move forward and Yoonghee does as well. (Maybe you guys have already gotten to the end of episode 7 and know exactly what I'm talking about.) I think the subs are still really shabbily done actually. There was a point in ep 6 or 7 where I was like, I am 99% sure that is not at all what Seonwoo means but I don't know enough Korean to know how to translate it myself so it's frustrating. I actually have more of a problem with Minseong than Seonwoo and I wonder how you'll feel about him after the next couple episodes. Jungwook is the Changyu of this season for me. In terms of I want him to be protected at all times and find someone who absolutely adores him and gives him everything he wants lol. I want that for him soooo bad, and it was the same with Changyu last season. *Edited to say apple juice dammit. I forgot lol

2023-07-10 19:02:28 +0000 UTCI absolutely agree with this. I get that wanting everyone to like him comes from a place of insecurity, but it's still seriously not cute. To play Devil's Advocate for a second, I think he said himself that people generally like his first impression, but don't like him so much when they get to know him. I can kind of understand why he enjoys the early stages of people getting to know him when he is well liked, but I guess we're starting to see WHY people stop liking him quickly 💁♂️😂

But to do those things while understanding full well how they feel about him is reckless. He worries so much about making himself feel good but doesn't consider that it comes at the cost of hurting others. You have a great point about people pleasers prioritizing others over their own happiness. This is not Seonwoo. This is especially telling when he says that he'd be sad if Yeonghee stopped liking him. It's not because he like Yeonghee or is interested in Yeonghee. It's just because he likes the feeling of being liked. And he'll continue to do things to make sure that Yeonghee keeps liking him, even if he doesn't intend to return his feelings. That's what upsets me so much! You said it perfectly. He's selfish and doesn't have any regard for how his actions hurt others because he just wants to make himself feel better.

Seonwoo is constantly trying to read everyones moods , energies and vibes. I thought he was a people pleaser but now I think different. I think he's just selfish. A people pleaser will go above and beyond to make people even at the detriment of their own happiness. Seon woo is doing all this to please his own Ego. Of course, all this comes from his own insecurities and I know it's not intentional but it still annoys me. Minsung has been jumping around picking different people but no one is this mad at him

I think the thing that just irks me about Seonwoo is that the way he treats everyone sends so many mixed signals and it leads people on. I can understand trying to get to know everyone but he too often does things that can easily be interpreted as him trying to make a move on them. He also just seems to like the idea of people liking him, even if he has no interest in dating them, which seems selfish and egotistical to me. I don't think he's intentionally a bad person because I can see that he means well. I just find watching him exhausting and frustrating because his actions cause a lot of hurt and distress to the others who are interested in him and he's completely oblivious to it. I feel bad for Yeonghee especially because he keeps giving him hope.

I get that seonwoo is trying to see and get to know everyone. People are kinda going crazy with the sung ho and jun seong ship. Like the amounts of edits on tiktok. People are just mad that seonwoo is getting in the way of their ship but forget that sung ho is also allowed to be interested in other people.
