Comment with your canonically 18+ suggestions & I’ll add my favorites to a poll this weekend. Since I’m ultimately picking the best options, weirder, out there, less-explored-in-the-realm-of-this-sorta-art suggestions will probably grab my attention the most. Not like from some obscure anime so much as like a character from a comedy bit or movie or something.

Meant to respond. Would've added these but the poll was already underway. I miss Milly! One of my favorite non-round big ladies. I like the concept of a DID inflation though. Had the idea of the mental imagine hugely inflated, but their physical body just puffing up their cheeks & arms out spread eagle as if they were swollen & fixed straight out.

But by far the most obscure completely devoid of kink woman character I got is Kisegawa Toneido, bar none. Double whammy of being a fictive alter in the Uendo Toneido DID system, and completely and utterly overshadowed by their familial coworker, Geiru Toneido. You know the balloon titty clown lady from Ace Attorney that people went crazy over? This is basically her far more interesting sibling. Honestly the idea of Kisegawa getting the inflation treatment is kind of hilarious if Geiru is standing there going “wow. I genuinely can’t believe I avoided that.” Because she’s been sexualized for her balloon boobs to hell and back. That or, like, Uendo trying to perform and in the unique position of trying to desperately ignore that Kisegawa’s “internal image” of herself is her inflated.
