Debating whether this technically falls under "fanart" or not because it's someone dressing up as & not the character...? Feel like Rinoa was always lost in the shuffle a bit, but has an interesting design. But yeah, technically this still isn't her, just some cranky, nerdy millenial dressed up like her. And yes, I do subscribe to the theory that the boss of FF8 is evil future her. And as a game, it's fine. Don't @ me.
