Compendium data visualization in v3

Hello, everyone!

Took a while, but I finally isolated the issue with profile data saving in v2 (a misfiring WAF rule) and took care of it. Sorry for the long wait, but now your theme changes should set and save correctly.

I had a pretty light week day job wise, so was able to put into a considerable amount of time into v3 dev and am pretty happy with the results. I'm in the final (-ish) compendium update push, and one of the big things I wanted to hit was data viz and item comparisons.

LANCER has a lot of stuff, and once you start adding in LCPs it becomes impossible (for me, at least) to keep everything in your head. I wanted to build in ways to evaluate a lot of compendium data at once, and settled on a few, which have been integrated into the new Compendium browser for Frames and Mech Weapons. I'll go over them briefly:

Scatterplot and Bar

Lets you map data over two or one axes respectively. Selecting a compendium item on the bar chart sidebar will persist the item line even if it's hidden by selected group, to make it easier to compare an item against a range of others.

Comparison View

A more direct, less visual stat view. You can select a target item in the sidebar, and then check any number of comparison items to map their stats (and +/- differences) into the table. Not the sexiest thing ever, but probably pretty useful in a lot of cases

Combat Profile

Frame-only, for the time being, and will map either the raw Frame stat values or their value normalized against all Frames in the compendium. This also lets you compare against other frames directly in the UI.

Right now, everything operates over regular item values, but as I go I want to star incorporating useful calculated values. Effective HP (considering Armor and the like) or a general Survivability score that looks at Structure, HP, Armor, Evasion, Repair Capacity, Frame Traits etc. etc. I've got a long way to go on this -- I am by no means a min/max kind of guy and have no natural affinity for that sort of stuff -- so all ideas or suggestions on this topic are appreciated.

This is all currently live on the dev site (https://cc-dev-preview.netlify.app/) so feel free to poke at it and see what hits and what misses. If you've got any ideas or noticed something is missing or doesn't feel right, please feel free to let me know here or on the discord!

Once again, thank you all for your continued generosity. I'll be traveling for work next week but shortly thereafter hope to have the v3 pilot and mech sheets (mostly) done and out in the dev build.
