Patreon Changes?

As you might have heard, Patreon is changing the way they charge people -- it's designed so that creators get more money, but patrons pay a little more. It seems to mostly affect people who have a lot of $1 Patrons, which... I only have a few of those.
Some people are changing their pledge rates to compensate for these changes. I'm still trying to figure out what is what, exactly.
Do you have any thoughts, concerns, or insights about these changes? I'd like to hear them.
