I've done some research, and there's no reason why the leap day should have made a difference in whether the February release would have been charged on 1 March or not. It's been almost a year since I charged you folks for anything, and Patreon has changed its interface since then. Near as I can tell, what happened was that I marked that post as being for paid members only, but I didn't actually flip the toggle to mark the post as something you would need to pay for. Oops.
In the meantime, the current interim draft of the Human Destiny sourcebook is about 5000 words longer than the February release, and a lot of the existing text has been modified along the way too. Meanwhile, by chance I've had a couple major commitments come off my plate for the next few days. So in the 2-3 days left before the end of March, I ought to be able to knock out a few thousand more words of material. In all, we're getting close to the amount of new material I would consider charging you for anyway.
So if everything goes well between now and Sunday evening (31 March), I should be able to give you a new interim draft, and this time I'll make sure to mark the post properly. Expect a charge to appear on 1 April.
Meanwhile, if somehow everyone gets charged twice on 1 April - which shouldn't happen, if I'm understanding this properly - then my next major release will be free to paid members.
