Conspiracy theory. This was the plan all along, Weiss or the deep state, it doesn't matter, conspired with Hunter Biden to hoist the GOP upon it's own petard. SCOTUS will either have to let Hunter Biden go or make lying on gun applications illegal. Why else would you hand this deal to the judge? ... I guess humans is always a possibility.
