So, Andrew mentioned that KBJ sentencing someone for child porn to only three months in jail wasn't unusual, but he kind of jumped from "the prosecution asked for 24 months" to "three months is fine" without explaining the delta. That sort of confused me.

Aaaanndd the Utah legislature overrode the veto. Fuck
