2024-02-07 14:33:55 +0000 UTCCorrect, only certain tiers can request projects/reactions. As for copyright, it primarily affects if it will ever be published on YouTube or not and how, but can easily be published here on Patreon without issues at the very least.

However, XXX is difficult/expensive to find... but I know of a website that streams it. Would you? (It would have to be a reputable website like YouTube or Vimeo, not any random link... safety first!) (Note: I'm aware that this depends on the otter tier, but the question is about the possible copyright issue.)
