Vaporeon April
Added 2018-11-05 11:29:45 +0000 UTCA commission from my friend @prilfuls. They wanted in to get into the eeveelution craze too. So what I did I took her flowy hair from her bird character and made it flow to the rest of her body. She looks wonders.
I actually streamed this being made, but like so, it is available on Twitter, but not the same quality and as full as this one!
