2020-03-01 17:46:38 +0000 UTCA Friend of my mine recently served on a jury for a mock trial in a civil case. This mock trial included presentations from both the plaintiff and the respondent's lawyers. How common is it for both sides of a case to agree to an abbreviated mock trial? What are the outcomes of these sorts of agreed mock trials? Also interesting to note they had 3 separate jury deliberation rooms of 12 jurors each.
