[IMPORTANT] State of the Game - February 27, 2024

Hey everyone. Back again with another update.

A lot of this past month has been dealing with the hell we know as the Character Creator, fixing bug after bug. And adding features against my better judgement. Like adding hair extensions as their own category.

Anyways, the game is at the point right now where characters can finally save and load properly again, which is a pretty big breakthrough. This means that the game is close to being in a "technically" playable state again. Everything isn't fixed yet, but the basic gameplay loop of creating a character, feeding them food, and getting them fat is nearly done. Which brings me to the main point of this update. I need your input on how to go about this next.

Like I said before the game with be in a "playable" state again soon, but not on the same level of completeness as 1.2. A good handful of features are still missing and need to be reimplemented. This leads me to the big question:

Would you all prefer to wait until the next version of the game is completely finished before receiving a new build? Or would you like to me release these WIP unfinished builds as they progress so you Patrons can try them?

With WIP builds, you could get access to new stuff quicker, feedback will be able to be taken quicker, and it'll give better value to the $7 tier tbh. Of course, the tradeoff is experiencing some bugs and missing features as these builds aren't finalized. I would greatly appreciate as much input on this as possible.

With that being said, I eagerly await your input. Hopefully by the next devlog, we'll be able to make a decision!
