I found thirty year old Tyler through a hobbyist photographer I know in Charlotte, when I returned last November. This photographer and I met up at a cafe one evening to talk shop, swap stories and just catch up. He mentioned his 'white whale' in Charlotte - this guy he's been following for years and desperately wanting to photograph, but hadn't. They'd exchanged some messages, but nothing ever came of it. I asked to see the guy's Instagram and there ya have it, I suppose. I sent him a message and a few days later, voila.

I know most my followers and subscribers are usually more into the Asian, Latin and more twinky, smooth guys, and that's certainly great and definitely something I'm into as well, BUT - I can also get just as excited and inspired by a beefy guy who doesn't fit into those categories. Well, Tyler is certainly that - tall, thick, strong build and oozing masculinity. In addition to that, he was a really nice, adventurous and polite guy.

This series of behind-the-scenes shots are from our second location - an abandoned house way out in the suburbs. He'd never been in one and was eager to check it out - in addition he liked the idea of taking more sexy and risqué shots in such a setting. These are actually video stills I've edited - from my usual phone - tripod setup.
