March Winner: Octavia!

The poll was quite close, but she barely came out ahead. I haven't made her in.... years. I know I've made her at least once, but that was back in 2013 I believe, out of the top of my head. Either way, she'll be fun to make!
Now unfortunately I can't start on her immediately. These weeks have/are still quite busy with BABSCon only recently ended and Whinny City PonyCon in less than a week where I'll be a Community Guest for the first time! Along with vending and a panel, plenty to prepare for so she'll have to wait until after WCPC. Also because I want to try and keep the quality in line with last two month winners.
The next vote (April) will probably go up right after WCPC, while I try to make Octavia and catch up with the Episode and art.
