It's been a while since you've had such a good episode... the key aspect being that you enumerate and evaluate what humans are experiencing -- even if they aren't conscious of it (i.e. gov't decisions and why). I also wanted to throw out a suggestion, and i may be late to the party on this, but you guys should watch and evaluate the show "see". I was amazed by how well the writers evaluated a society where sight is gone. Knowledge and truth get corrupted when you can no longer transmit it via the written word (especially religion). It is also an awakening to issues in modern society, which your comments of a phone being a, 'gateway to all knowledge' made me think about, and my experience in society is the exact opposite -- with social media (and the TLDR society) being the blinders and distractions of truth. I mean, I dislike Apple for actively working to make people sheep, but they got did a good thing in backing the 'see' project.
