Was going to explain the alpha enigma pregnancy to you but i see someone already did. You have to sorta ignore gender in the omegaverse. Also if you pay attention to Way you will notice he always touches Babe before giving him advice. 🤔

If you think in terms of animals, like cats or dogs they go into heats when their body's are ready. If Babe is with an enigma his body changes to an omega, which can carry a child. In the omegaverse it is not strictly male and female who can breed, it is male and male here. We have not seen Babe go into a hear but it doesn't mean he doesn't have one.
