Know not only your target, but EVERY DANG DETAIL POSSIBLE about the target area and local surroundings . . . especially who else will mostly likely get involved and how fast they will respond and with what! Many a simple military op has been sent right into the meat grinder because not enough intel was done on the target area and what was in it and how it reacts to outsiders. And sense Savage as an arsenal fit to make a Black Ops Team green with envy, anybody stirring up trouble is going to be a blood splatter the moment they're are in his sights . . . and if they're causing trouble for his friends, they're going to be a Charbroiled Blood Stain on Sight! and he's just the 1st responder . . . just imagine who the "2nd" and "3rd" responders will be ;-3 XD
