With my 20/400 vision, looking over the tops of my lenses is like having a built-in microscope, and as an Engineer, being able to enter 'macro-zoom' mode makes fine detail work SO much easier. Now if she could give me the ability to shift between normal and near-sighted on the fly, that would be a MAJOR upgrade, and greatly appreciated... ...at the risk of sounding greedy, if I'm getting macro-zoom and normal distance vision, it seems like adding telescopic vision would be a minor additional tweak. All this is about adjusting focal length, so why stop at arbitrary limits?
