One thing you should know while watching this series as it will come up a lot. The bunny/rabbit represents the ancient Chinese god of gay people. It is one of the sneaky ways that the showrunners snuck by the censors. That's why Wei Wuxian picked the bunny figure on the stick and said he liked it.
