Which is why the Yule cat wants to eat him first. But the Mink has kept herself as anonymous as she can. So while her mundane powers may be great, she is not legendary......yet.

Makes me really curious if these guys would not have shown up if Mink hadn't discovered that book and Savage slain Berecki? Did that 'tip the scales' and either 'allow' or 'attract' other mythical things back into the world? Or was it merely with the rise of supers 'at all' that did it? Even if none of them ended up with super powers the presence of 'legends' within the world again would have coaxed magic back? O.O Interesting potential AU, Savage is still Savage, other heroes start rising which prompts villains to also start showing up publicly. And then magic returns and Mink doesn't discover that book but starts to manifest her ancestral power regardless but in a far less controlled fashion. Leaving her to end up joining the super hero community as a costumed crime fighter rather than just herself laying low. Berecki ending up the 'final boss' of that timeline once Mink gained enough power to attract him into plaguing her dreams but this time she has the backing of the entire super hero community to help blast him. >:D Sure would be a VERY different version of Mink. O.O

However, since this altercation has been initiated openly, a crowd will witness it. Once enough bystanders watch and recognize it, would not her status grow to Yule's vision of 'Legendary' on the spot?
