Can't she use divination to find the person most in need? Or who will use their second chance for the best? Like Kid A: heal her and she'll think she's been chosen by god to eliminate all LGBTQ and starts a decades-long war of terror and death. Or Kid B: Not as seriously damaged as Kid A, but will view the miracle as motivation to do the same for others and becomes a medical researcher who finds cures and treatments that saves thousands of lives.
